Once we find the perfect lot the fun begins!  We connect you with the architect that is best for your project, or we can work with one you already love! This process is sometimes even easier than remodeling because we know exactly what to expect before we begin. We still make sure that with the plan in place we are on top of each item so make sure you stay on budget and take opportunities to increase the value of your home as they come up.
